The fixer formula is ready to use - it does not require mixing with water, which makes work in the salon easier and faster. How to use: After the permanent wave liquid has finished working, rinse your hair thoroughly and dry it with a towel. Then apply Perm FIX evenly to the hair wrapped in rollers. Leave for 5-10 minutes, remove the rollers and re-apply the product to the hair for another 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
