Wella Professionals PRO+ Perform Perm Neutralizer is a professional neutralizer for perms , created as a new version of the Perform Perm system . How to use:

After the recommended exposure time of the perm, rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water for approximately 3 minutes. Pour 100 ml of neutralizer into a bowl and, using a sponge, evenly apply about 2/3 of the product to the hair rolled in rollers. Leave on for 5 minutes. Gently remove the rollers, then apply the remaining 1/3 of the neutralizer to your entire hair. Leave on for another 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

The result: Hair gains a strong, bouncy curl , while its structure remains more protected and strengthened thanks to Bond Builder technology. The perm effect is even and long-lasting.
