How to use:

Mix toner with BLONDME Premium Developer 2% (7 Vol.) in a 1:1 ratio. Apply to washed, conditioned, and towel-dried hair. Apply using a brush or applicator bottle, distributing the product evenly. Leave on for 10 to a maximum of 20 minutes, visually monitoring the results. Then rinse thoroughly with warm water and follow with appropriate BLONDME care.
