Professional, dust-free bleaching powder with Wellaplex technology, enabling up to 9 levels of lightening while protecting the hair structure – reducing damage by up to 97%. Designed for all lightening techniques: roots, lengths, and freehand work (e.g., balayage). Contains molecules that neutralize yellow tones and has a delicate, non-irritating fragrance.

How to use:

1.  Mix the powder with Welloxon Perfect oxidant (6%, 9% or 12%) or Color Touch Emulsion (1.9% or 4%) in a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2 (e.g. 30 g of powder + 45–60 g of oxidant).

2.  Apply only to dry hair.

3.  Maximum operating time: up to 50 minutes – check every 5–10 minutes.

4.  Once you have finished bleaching, rinse your hair thoroughly.

5.  In case of skin contact (e.g. lightening roots), use a maximum of 6% developer.

Effect: Cool, even blonde while maintaining the healthy appearance and integrity of the hair.
